A Method for Suppressing False Target Jamming with Non-Uniform Stepped-Frequency Radar

Stepped-frequency radar can increase the degree of freedom range dimension by adding a tiny stepping frequency between neighboring pulse carrier frequencies, which has clear advantage in countering false target jamming. However, when jamming is released self-defense jammer carried target, information coupled to Doppler frequency. This makes it impossible for stepped-frequency extract accurately. In this paper, we derive correlation phase difference adjacent pulses and uniformly stepped, as well error caused estimation. Then, propose decoupling method based on waveform design corresponding suppression Simulation results show that proposed effectively suppress targets.
